As days shorten and colder weather comes you can enjoy not only wonderful open-air facilities and activities, but also the indoor pool and other spa facilities. Returning to Cornerstone look forward to relaxing by the log fire with a mug of hot chocolate or your favourite tipple.

The House

Cornerstone Cottage is built in the traditional stone of the Cotswolds.
We enjoyed specifying the design and layout of the house when we bought it in 2003.
For more than 10 years this has  been our place to get away and to meet with friends and family.

We hope you enjoy it as well.

Key Facts-01

The ‘Artspa’ is Lower Mill Estate’s own Spa – a short walk, and available to you as guests at Cornerstone.

Use of Artspa is included in your holiday cost for every person in your group – the Spa has indoor, outdoor heated and outdoor eco swimming pools, steam room, sauna and gymnasium.

The swimming pools are open to adults and children the majority of the time.

There are also wonderfully relaxing & tranquil adult-only times.

An Unmissable Experience

The outdoor eco pool has been described as ‘an unmissable experience’. The water is purified entirely by plants, so you can bathe among reeds and lilies while kingfishers take a drink alongside you.

A full range of treatments is available at a reasonable price, using Artspa’s product line Pevonia Botanica.
These products are made with fine natural marine and botanical ingredients, using technologically advanced formulas and treatments to deliver excellent results.

To find out more, and to book treatments, please call the ArtSpa on 01285 869 489 or email spa@lowermillestate.com.

Having owned Cornerstone since 2003, we have grown to love it more and more. We have our own favourite things to do and it’s always great to hear about new discoveries that other people have made.

Whether you like walking, swimming, riding, running or tennis it is all within minutes reach of the house. Lower Mill Estate is full of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The nearest swimming is just a 2 min walk away, and the area is full of great restaurants and pubs; our favourite is The Red Lion at Cricklade.
